Design Review Committee

The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements established a Design Review Committee (“DRC”) which shall be responsible for the establishment and administration of Design Guidelines. The guidelines will be reviewed and if  required updated annually, and they may also be revised on an as-needed basis if a Change Request is made that is not covered by the current Guidelines. It will be the responsibility of the DRC to promulgate any changes to the community as they become available.
